C. Production
Stages
1)
Analysis
This stage is carried out to know
and understand the client. Clear and detailed information helps us in
understanding the surrounding situation. Information obtained from this stage
is the location of land, land area, availability of infrastructure, costs and
so on.
2)
Design Concept
At this stage, the architect will
design the building design concept in accordance with the information obtained
in the previous stage. The result of this stage is the concept of building
design in the form of the main concept, space concept, material concept,
structural concept, as well as electrical and plumbing concepts.
3)
Design
Development
The concept that has been
designed is then redeveloped to get visuals for planners and clients. At this
stage, we will create the 3D shape of the building and determine the materials
needed.

Working Drawing
Creation
At this stage, we will make a
working drawing or Detailed Engineering Design (DEB) to be a reference drawing
in the development stage. So that the working drawings must be complete, clear,
and detailed both from the model to the material so that it can be understood
by everyone who will later be involved in the development process.
5)
Bill of Quantity
(BoQ)
At this stage, we estimate the
construction cost of a construction project. An accurate BoQ is needed so that the development process runs more effectively and
efficiently.
6)
Work Plan and
Requirements
The Work Plan and Conditions are
needed as a reference for the Contractor during the construction process. This
document contains general requirements, technical requirements, as well as
specifications of the materials used.
